There is no industry standard for dog collar sizing. We rely on your measurement of your dog’s neck size or existing collar, to construct your Collar Closet collar. We strive to have a margin of at least 3 inches on either side of that measurement to allow for growth or seasonal coat changes. To be as accurate as possible we measure each collar after construction to identify the smallest and largest size it can be adjusted.

Prototype and Sample Sale

Prototypes and Samples are sold AS IS and nonrefundable. They are unique items constructed during the creative design process which we decided not to use for some reason such as misaligned stitching, sizing, fabric, or trial trim materials. They are not perfect and the defect is pointed out in the description. Samples are often made with discontinued fabrics or trial trims and sold AS-IS.
